Seasoned energy industry professional with over 35 years of experience at San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG & E), specializing in clean transportation and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. As Principal Clean Transportation Technical Solutions Advisor, I served as a technical expert and program leader for a wide range of EV initiatives, including light-duty, medium- and heavy-duty vehicles, and school bus electrification programs. I have extensive experience designing and advancing EV charging programs, having acted as Program Design witness in multiple California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) proceedings, including Power Your Drive EV Charging, SB 350 Priority Review Projects, Residential Charging, and AB1082/AB1083 Schools, Parks, and Beaches initiatives. My expertise spans EV charging infrastructure, NEM/solar integration, and EV-specific rate structures. I also served as a key liaison with commercial and residential customers while providing education, outreach, and coordination with Electric Vehicle Service Providers to successfully implement projects. I enjoy working with clients to help them design, specify and install specialized EV charging solutions that help them towards an electric vehicle future.
