I stepped into marketing in Aug 2023 after serving as CTO (Jan 2022–Aug 2023), so I pair storytelling with strong systems—making it easier for U.S. dealers to place orders, talk with our Sales team, and support end customers. What I focus on • Dealer‑first strategy: regular feedback loops, programs that support sell‑through, and quick turnarounds on requests. • Content that proves value: trailers in action, reviews, and company updates that reflect real‑world use. • Consistent presence: leading Horizon’s participation at the NATDA Trailer Show (four consecutive years) and keeping channels active with useful updates. • Team & process: built a 5‑person marketing team and clear KPIs; tight alignment with Sales and Operations.
