Throughout my career I have gained extensive experience in the design implementation and maintenance of telecommunications networks systems and services. I have also managed helpdesk teams and provided support to end-users ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. In my previous role as a Telecommunications Manager I was responsible for overseeing the implementation of new systems and services as well as the management of existing infrastructure. I also managed a team of technicians and provided support to end-users through the helpdesk ensuring that all issues were resolved quickly and effectively. Additionally I have experience in managing IT projects ensuring that they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. I am also familiar with a wide range of software and hardware solutions including VoIP cloud-based services and mobile technologies. As an experienced Telecommunications/Helpdesk IT Director I am confident that I have the expertise and leadership skills necessary to make a significant contribution to your organization. I am highly motivated results-driven and committed to delivering the highest level of customer support.
