My name is Randy Xaba, an ambitious young lady. I am willing to learn, hard-working, professional, organized, fast learner and passionate about everything from life to work. I believe that with passion you can achieve whatever you put in mind regardless of your background and I also believe that in order to give your outmost best you need to have passion and be eager to achieve the best you can achieve. Passion and a positive mindset are the most important personal traits that one needs to have because they keeping you going regardless of the number of failures you have to reach your destination; and that you shouldn’t let failure or your background define you or where you want to be. Be the greatest change of your life and taking control through passion and positivity. That has kept me going and I believe for an organization or industry to grow it needs people with such mindset and people who do what they do because they love it; and not because of the benefits it comes with. This organization would offer me the kind of knowledge, experience, skills and also be able to relate what I did in class to the real working industry and help me explore more about the different managerial competencies and other aspects of life.
