Throughout my almost 10 years of experience, I have worked in numerous Customer Service, and Customer Service management positions, across different departments, which has given me a very strong skill-base. In my current and previous roles, I have been involved in analyzing survey data, making predictions and action plans, preparing and presenting monthly business unit reviews, investigating and improving processes, quality checking colleagues, and ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines. I enjoy working with stakeholders from different markets and teams, and I always seek to support them with clear and timely communication and feedback. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn new things, solve problems, and deliver value to the customers and the organization. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a passion for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
