About Rani Crowe

As an artist in film and theater, I see projects through from concept to development, production and distribution. As a teacher of creative process, I mentor and encourage emerging artists. Throughout my art and teaching, I have special interests in diversity, representation, and inclusion. Additional interests include Humor and Comedy, Writing for Performance, Narrative Strategies for the protagonist who has limited ability to act, Monologue based literature and Performance, and Empathy and Dehumanization. My experience in the arts, restaurant and retail management, and education provide me with the skills to work in many environments doing project management, team building and training, assessing or analyzing process, auditing or accrediting an organization, event management, grant writing, developing mission, vision, or branding, or other activities requiring leadership, communication skills, and collaboration.
