About Rani Goyal

Building the efficacy of others through coaching and strengths-based strategies to grow leadership capacity is my passion as is building dynamic and strategic processes to support organizational growth. These themes are indicative of the way I lead and coach others as I lead with positive intent, build relationships and trust and look for and grow the potential of others. While my experience has been in public education, I pursued a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology as leadership is multifaced no matter the industry. My various leadership roles have included managing several aspects of human resources, serving as motivational speaker, leading professional development, managing small and large budgets in the millions, negotiations, and coaching. I have used my experiences to teach university courses, lead coaching workshops and mentor aspiring leaders. I continue my own growth through seminars as well as continuous learning in the areas of social justice to cultivate a more equitable world.
