With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and more than 6 years of management experience, I am a tribe chief/squad lead manager at Integrant, Inc, a global software development company that provides customized solutions for various domains and technologies.# My core competencies include team management, strategic planning, software engineering, agile development, and business development. I oversee all projects within the department and coach the managers in their project deliveries and setting strategic roadmaps. I also ensure staff evaluations are completed in an accurate, fair, and consistent manner, utilizing standard measurements for all staff. I assist in setting the company policies and roadmap and manage the department budget and review the projects budget on a regular basis. I handle team recruitment, training, onboarding, assignation, performance evaluation, career development, and competency management. I participate in presales and business development plans for different accounts and manage agile transformation for running projects. I am MBA student at ESLSCA university, and I am a certified ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst.# My mission is to lead software engineering teams and projects with excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
