About Rania Shabi

Passionate about Marketing, pricing and revenue management, I am currently a Healthcare Pricing Supervisor at UPS Europe HQ, where I lead and manage a big team, coordinate and facilitate companie’s objectives and turn it into actual results. Graduated with a master's degree in audit and management control from the ISCAE Group, with an exchange program in corporate finance at the Burgundy School of Business, I have a solid academic background and varied professional experience at UPS. During my various positions, I acquired skills in team management, leadership, communication and entrepreneurial spirit. I have also developed an ability to analyze and synthesize internal and external data, using tools such as Access and SQL, to support stakeholder objectives and decision-making. I created comprehensive and relevant reports and presentations, summarizing findings and recommendations. I also led ad hoc revenue management projects, supporting initiatives to achieve targets and plans. I am motivated by challenges, learning opportunities and collaborations with multidisciplinary teams. My goal is to contribute to the performance and growth of the company, while developing my skills and potential.
