About Ranie Clapsaddle

As a graduate of William Peace University, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus in Public Relations, and a minor in Psychology. Prior to graduation, I was an intern at Shop Local Raleigh. While being a part of the team, I was required to do an assortment of tasks, such as interviewing business owners for our “Meet The Owner” series, writing articles on our Shop Local Raleigh website, attending events on behalf of Shop Local Raleigh, and helping with our own Shop Local Raleigh events. This internship provided me with the opportunity to connect with business owners and employees all across the Triangle. Post-graduation, I was hired as an Administrative Assistant with Primoris T&D in Raleigh. Shortly after, I was promoted to their Billing department as a Billing Clerk. I was in this position for over a year and gained vast knowledge in the billing of Primoris's Underground Cable Replacement contract with Duke Energy. This included the Duke Energy Progress (Triangle/Coastal) and the Duke Energy Carolinas (Central) jurisdiction. In May of 2020, I was promoted to a newly created position reimbursed by Duke Energy. As a Work Management Specialist, I continued covering all of Primoris's Underground Billing. This also included a variety of additional tasks, such as helping train 6 new team members on the Underground Billing process. As our staff began to grow in 2021, I provided assistance to our Billing Manager and helped assign Work Orders to be completed by our other Underground Work Management Specialists, while maintaining my own work load and ensuring my own deadlines were being met. Early 2022, I was promoted to WMS Lead of our UG Billing Team. This position has entailed all previous responsibilities, with additional management tasks. I have also been included in the interview process when hiring on additional Team Members.
