It's been an incredible journey so far! But that's not all—I recently embraced a new challenge as the Head Coach at CultFit in 2023. As a leader, my mission is to empower and inspire individuals to push their limits, both physically and mentally, and witness remarkable transformations. As a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and nutritionist, I am well-equipped to design tailored workout routines and provide comprehensive guidance on maintaining a balanced diet.
