I am a Graphic Designer who has specialised working in the field of Visual Communications with particular emphasis on advertising design, packaging design, education design, illustrating and creating innovative books for children. Latest foray into HR Training, development and skill-sets directory building and ensuring intra-department skill-sets sharing, empathizing and bonding and overall internal equity building - through design intervention led activities and applied mind mapping techniques. Also assisting in building campuses (working with architects and interior designers), developing curriculum, curriculum deployment, infrastructure building, faculty recruitment and deployment, HRD practices and team building, branding and brand communication and external publicity for Educational institutions. Also expanding into how we can use the simplest tool to develop a "no excuse" education pedagogy that can be applied in a pan Indian situation and can address the needs of school / college / business streams of creativity in both education and at the workplace. For the past 20 years has been developing innovative Learn-shops / Mpowershops and approaches to changing curriculum in design schools, mainstream schools all over India and Largest Corporations that need to harness the latent talent within their workforces. Since the pandemic years of 2020 to 2022, have been looking at blended and online curriculum roll out too.
