Hi everyone, I am Ranjan Nagaraja, I am having only 4 years 8 months of work experience in L1, L2 role. I used to do basic troubleshooting steps like account unlock, password reset, clearing the pin numbers. Sharing a new passcode to the user, trying to change the password and share it to the user over teams. TS steps for MSO365 like Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Skype, SAP, Genesys Softphone, headset issues. Checking the user profile in ID owner, ARS and RSA, secure ID tools and applications or apps etc. I was able to take at least 20 calls per day. I was also able to take 20-25 chats per day with dual or multiple chats at a time. I need to handle the INC tickets, REQ / RITM tickets, web tickets and tasks, sending request mails. I also need to check with the users profile in the active directory in the Cyberark app, Okta tool and Savyint tool or app in our laptop and system inside the virtual desktop interface (VDI), sharing bit locker keys from MS Azure portal, checking license for MS O365. Tried to check with the SAP Software or tools and applications and assign the tickets to the concerned relevant SAP and other teams. I had worked with Service Now and Workspace now portals by checking the dashboard. We also had an application like Nexthink. We can check the users laptop configurations whether it's running smoothly without creating any type of issues for software applications and hardware parts.
