About Ranjeet Kumar

Finance leader with 17+ years of diverse experience across FP & A, strategic planning, audit, and change management. I’ve partnered with global business leaders—from Randstad to Genpact—to drive transformation, optimize costs, and deliver meaningful insights through data-driven decision-making. My career has been shaped by a passion for operational excellence and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Whether I’m leading budgeting cycles, enabling seamless transitions during organizational change, or building and mentoring high-performing finance teams, I thrive at the intersection of finance, strategy, and people. Skilled in managing internal audits, SOX compliance, procurement ops, and P&L drivers, I work across geographies to align financial initiatives with enterprise goals—ensuring risk mitigation, enhanced visibility, and long-term value creation. Let’s connect if you’re looking to collaborate on FP & A strategy, finance transformation, or performance enhancement initiatives.
