As a Senior Trainer, I bring over 6.5+ years of experience in HCC Coding, I have honed diverse skill set that encompasses coding expertise, team training, auditing, and project management. My primary responsibilities include delivering ICD-10-CM training, providing project guidelines to lateral batches, and assisting the operations team in resolving coding queries. I also offer critical floor support and conduct detailed audits on coded medical records to identify and rectify errors. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), I actively identify knowledge gaps within the project and facilitate regular review meetings with coders to ensure adherence to project SLAs. My leadership extends to mentoring junior associates, helping them excel in their roles and ensuring consistent quality.
