Plans, costs and supervises the well operations including drilling and side-tracking of oil and gas wells in compliance with HSE, Company policies and procedures and international best practices. • Involved from initial well design phase to testing, completion, suspension and/or abandonment phase • Provide well engineering design including all stages of the well planning and supervising and supporting wellsite team during execution phase. • Provide technical support for many types of drilling wells including complex multi-lateral and extended reach (ERD) horizontal oil and gas wells, HPHT gas wells, offshore and deep water, and unconventional wells. Wells include power water injections and producing wells, exploration wells and all kind of workovers including HST's. • Core strengths in administering all operations and analyse performance of all drilling procedures and assist all client representatives to resolve all issues and monitor job progress and maintain records of all data and prepare documentation. • Proficient in planning & executing directional drilling program, preparation of daily and End of Well Reports, coordinating with Drilling Supervisor and advising on any drilling job related issues • Proven ability in maintaining and ensuring efficiency in maintenance of all company assets and ensure adequacy of all supplies and equipment’s and prepare records for all equipment’s present on rig in coordination with client representatives. • Ingrained confidence, adaptability, maturity, and tact emanating from versatile experience in the industry, resulting into ability to handle multifarious functions for all kind of managerial activities in a high-pressure environment.
