In my Last assignment before Talgo India, for 10+ years as Associate Director -Sales at EMD Locomotive Technologies Pvt Ltd – ( A 100% Subsidiary of GM, Later Taken Over By CAT ), I set course for business transformation to next level in commercial aspect and new product launch with full successful commercialization plan, Ramp Up Plan Mgmt,Supp and Implementation Complete Program Mgmt, Bid and Profit Center and Key Account Management ) – Loco and Compts, to attain over top line growth. We introduced new business lines and product categories, Idea implementation strengthened Localization of Propulsion System Mfg & Assly, Implemented AMC in Country wise Loc – which resulted in EMD gaining market share and becoming a formidable LEADER. I had moved to EMD from Quadrant EPP India ( A Dutch/Swiss JV Co.) after a successful & satisfying 10+ years, where I led the strategy transformation and employing incentive plan programs branch offices set up plan implementation and Innovations and new product approval, plan and commercialization,Conf organizing, co-ordinations with FICCI/CII/TIFAC.I was the Head Marketing/President Marketing. Before this, I served in different capacities in Marketing and Tech Sales in Forte Lubricants India ( A Subsidiary of Forte Lubricants UK ) and FIXOPAN Engineers Pvt Limited for bid mgmt and interpersonal skills and innovative strategies. I proudly count myself as the experienced Rail Road Rolling Stock executive in India with wide range of exposure during my tenures from establishing new business to TOT Implementation to JV/Associations for business growth strategy for running or new product development, approvals and commercialization in Sales & Marketing & Strategy & Govt Big Ticket Project Bid Management and TOT Implementation with Government. I am married to a Fashion Desiger with l1 year learning from NIFT/Delhi and a born gifted Madhubani Painter.Travelling, reading off beat all range of books and practicing yoga with nature walk are my other passions.
