With over 25 years of NGO experience in humanitarian emergencies and development programs in the Pacific, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and West Africa, along with Certified Management Accountant - CMA, FCMA, MBA, and LLB, I acquired strategic financial and business management expertise. At the helm of the Wildlife Conservation Society's financial operations for the Melanesia region, my focus centers on fortifying the financial health and strategic planning of conservation initiatives. My role involves intricate funds management, financial controlling, and partnership agreements, ensuring the seamless execution and compliance of complex grants and financial activities. The organization has flourished under my guidance, with significant contributions to operational strategies and financial frameworks that support our mission.
