Ranjith believes that one of the most thought provoking questions we can ask ourselves is “what is my purpose?” In his words, “purpose is what wakes us up. It is what keeps us up at night. It makes us smile. It lets us be authentic. Purpose presents the best version of ourselves to the world.” He’s a fan of the saying “God created a few perfect heads. The rest He covered with hair!” Ranjith enjoys being a Regulatory Consultant helping companies tailor strategies and solutions that are most advantageous to them. He has spent 6 years in Business Process Outsourcing and 13 years in the Regulatory domain. In addition to enjoying the fortune of being a husband, a father, a son, a sibling, a friend, an employee, Ranjith is also a musician. Along with his brother, Ranjith co-founded the band Miles Apart whose mantra is to collaborate with friends around the world and create music that is from the heart. Having spent two decades in the corporate world, Ranjith desires to transform it into a more meaningful space - one that exudes a ‘sense of belonging’."There is a chance that my kids, their cousins, and many other kids whom I love will have an opportunity to work in the corporate realm. This thought is beginning to serve as an impetus for me to contribute towards rebuilding the bedrock of Leadership." With an intent to bring forth a revolution in the Leadership realm, Ranjith hosts a Leadership video series titled LEADEREVEAL wherein leaders from different industries share learnings from their Leadership journey that have had a profound impact on them. Ranjith serves as a trustee of the nonprofit GATE - Go And Teach Everyone. GATE’s purpose is to provide education to kids in certain impoverished communities in India. “When our focus is to change someone’s world for the better, success is inevitable.
