Consultant Paediatrician who is currently Clinical Lead for Child Health and also Children’s Cancer & Palliative Lead at BHRUT. I have a CCT in General Paediatrics with experience in Paediatric oncology, haematology, gastroenterology, allergy & palliative care with special interest in Medical Education, mentoring and Management training. I have completed Leadership & Management training and have done multiple leadership roles including Trust Cancer Lead, Children’s Oncology/Haematology Lead and currently appointed as Specialty Lead for Child Health after competitive process. I organise courses in Children’s oncology and Palliative Care. I am also a Fellow of Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health. I have been a Trustee at Local Farleigh hospice and advocate for children’s health locally and nationally esp. in children’s cancer and palliative care. I have set up new policies and pathways which has improved children’s cancer and palliative care locally working closely with tertiary and primary care.
