With over 13 years of experience in human resources management, I am currently the Associate HR Manager at IonIdea, a global IT solutions company. I am responsible for overseeing the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit interviews. I have a PGDHRM from Kuvempu University and a BBM degree in HRM from East point College. I have also acquired skills in onboarding, performance management, and exit interviews through my work experience. My core competencies include employee engagement, talent acquisition, policy formulation, and compliance. My mission is to foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's vision and values. I enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the organization and the employees.
