I currently work as an Associate Vice President at Mahindra Finance, where I oversee the implementation of new technologies, such as robotics process automation, mobile apps, and treasury systems, to enhance the efficiency and quality of the business operations and customer experience. I hold certifications in PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, and UiPath, which demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in managing complex and agile projects, aligning IT services with business needs, and designing and deploying scalable and robust automation solutions. I have a proven track record of collaborating with executive management and diverse teams, providing digital advisories and consulting, devising strategy and roadmaps, and creating architecture and design of applications.
