I am currently a PhD student at Brigham Young University. My research focus is electrochemistry and molten salts. My current research projects include: • Design and construction of an apparatus for conducting rotating electrode experiments in molten salts with speeds up to rpm. • Development of a hydrodynamic model for bare rotating cylinder electrodes in molten salts • Characterize mixed solutions containing multiple lanthanides in molten salts. • Thermophysical properties of molten LiCl-KCl. • Determination of most stable reference electrode for use in NaCl-KCl-MgCl2 eutectic. • Measuring corrosion rates in molten salts using rotating cylinder electrodes. • Development of a tool for conducting statistical analysis using a novel rigorous non-linear method.
