Growing up in the industry and alongside our clients has been an incredible journey. I began my career at SoftwareOne in as an Inside Sales Team Leader, and over the years, I've had the privilege of holding various leadership positions across Switzerland and Singapore, including Country Leader Singapore, Country Lead Switzerland, DACH Services Lead, Regional President APAC, and Chief Revenue Officer. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to shaping SoftwareOne into a global organization with over 70 country organizations and client relationships. Building strong client relationships and driving innovation have always been at the core of my leadership approach. I 100% identify with SoftwareOne’s values and culture. Client focus is paramount at SoftwareOne, and to me. Truly understanding our clients' needs and how they operate allows us to deliver solutions that drive their success. Equally, I firmly believe that our people are our greatest asset. Empowering our team and holding ourselves accountable are essential to our growth strategy. By fostering a culture of empowerment, we enable our team to take ownership of their work, innovate, and drive the company forward. Accountability ensures that we are all responsible for our actions and outcomes, creating a reliable and high-performing team.
