About Raphael Kassel

I define myself as a high skilled communicator, narrator and autonnomous employee, who creates a pleasant working atmosphere and concludes his tasks with a personal touch of joy and authenticity. Despite being relatively young, I have managed to obtain over five years of work experience in sales, customer support, communication, Digital Marketing, Tourism and external recruitment; trying to be an empathetic professional with my colleagues, giving precise and customized solutions when required and developing autonomous capacity of learning from zero and applying new skills as quick as possible. I have concluded my secondary school at Westerwald-Gymnasium, mastering the "Deutsches Abitur" certificate in March 2018. After a school break, I moved abroad to the infamous city of Porto, Portugal, where I attended the "ISAG - European Business School" and graduated as a Bachelor in Business Relations in July of 2021. During my academic career, I had the opportunity to work in different companies and countries, which played a main role in my professional growth and life experience.
