About Raphael Molinav

As a researcher and digital education specialist at Loma Linda University, I have over 30 years of experience in non-traditional educational systems (distance, digital/online education) as well applying neuroscience to leadership, organizational health, and human performance. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to conduct innovative research on the impact of psychoneuroimmunology on mental and physical health, and to design and implement online learning solutions that enhance the quality and accessibility of education. I am also a certified coach and speaker on topics such as neuroleadership, well-being, positive psychology, and global health. I have worked with various national and international organizations, universities, and individuals to provide coaching, consulting, and training services that foster personal and professional growth, resilience, and happiness. My mission is to empower people and organizations to achieve their full potential by leveraging the power of neuroscience and technology.
