Acting as a team leader at NTT Luxembourg, I am responsible for installing, configuring highly complex environments within a security technology domain, while providing technical support and advice to our clients. This includes remotely supporting clients within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to install and configure software and hardware, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis to any related processes such as change management.
