Qualifications Summary. I have 32 years of experience in the banking sector. Starting as an office boy, I went through technical areas of banking automation, until I reached the areas of research, innovation and development of new products. I worked in project management leading teams from the proof of concept, coordinating the pilot project in production, until the rollout of the solution to the branch network. Skilled in researching innovations and presenting solutions that can be added to the existing product and service portfolio. I study the association of products to generate new business. As leader of innovation teams, he coordinated the interpersonal relationships of the members as well as among other areas. Chosen to manage numerous projects, he used experience with strategic planning to achieve results. Often asked to participate in projects in other areas for using the globalized vision translated into creativity in new products.
