About Raphael Nelson

I’m a student at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, double majoring in Finance and Computer Science, driven by a passion for solving complex problems that sit at the crossroads of business strategy and technical innovation. My experiences range from supporting investment decisions at RA Capital, where I contributed to market analysis and portfolio strategy for a $10B+ fund, to building AI-driven tools as the founder of theCaseBot, a platform helping students prepare for consulting interviews. Along the way, I’ve developed skills in quantitative analysis, software development, and strategic thinking, applying them to real-world challenges in finance, consulting, and education. I thrive in environments that require both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving—whether that’s optimizing investment workflows, guiding teams through consulting projects, or designing technology that enhances decision-making. Outside of academics and work, I’m an avid sports fan, board game lover, and ultimate frisbee player, always looking for new challenges that push me to think strategically and collaborate effectively.
