I am a seasoned Business Intelligence, Instructional technologist, IT project and service Delivery Manager with a proven track record in the telecommunications industry, education, Pharma Technology, Aviation, and Consulting. My expertise lies in IT business analysis, negotiation, excellent customer service, effective communication, training and design, team leadership, sales, and team building. I bring a wealth of experience, having worked from 2006 to the present in diverse global locations, including Austria, Switzerland, the USA, Hungary, the UK, Canada, Ghana, Nigeria, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. As a proficient professional, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University, India, and a Master's degree with a focus on General Management and Information Systems from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislava. Currently pursuing doctoral research with a concentration on Cyber Security, Instructional Technology, and Artificial Intelligence at Texas Tech University, USA, and Azteca University Mexico. My career journey has equipped me with a multinational mindset, allowing me to thrive in dynamic and culturally diverse environments.
