I have been in this role for four years, since Landmark Health transitioned to Optum, and I have been with the company for seven years. I can read the room, adapt, and run a meeting with hundreds or assist in a one-on-one. I am always there for my team and I value collaboration and support. I love being in healthcare and I am passionate about improving the quality of life for our patients and communities.
