About Raphael Raditsch

I am interested in digitalization and solution-oriented projects. I support organizations in aligning their IT initiatives with overall business strategy and long-term goals. Based on current capabilities and desired target architecture, I co-create actionable IT strategies and implementation plans with clients to maximize the value of IT investments and drive business growth. In recent years, I have also had the opportunity to organize and build teams and lead them in projects in various phases (from requirements definition and implementation to roll-out and aftercare). For this purpose, I have applied agile methods as well as classical project management according to waterfall. Furthermore, I have worked as a business analyst and in Scrum framework roles such as Product Owner and Scrum Master. I also like to deal with the technical background in projects, from architecture down to technical details, when impediments require it.
