About Raphael Ramos

Served and honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps as a decade long infantryman (0311). During that time I was deployed 4X as a Team/Squad Leader in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF/Iraq) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF/Afghanistan). Outside of combat operations, I held supplemental billets such as Foreign Weapons Instructor, Grounds & Safety NCO, Formal School Instructor at the SNCO Academy Hawaii, S-3 Training NCO, and as a Watch SNCO for the Marine Forces Pacific Command Operations Center (COC) at Camp Smith, HI serving directly under Marine 3-star General Dwayne Thiessen. Ever since my departure from the military in 2014, I mainly served in the security industry with various assignments including federal contractor, prisoner transport, nightclub security, sporting events, executive protection and finally hotel internal security for the 2nd largest convention hotel in the country (Hyatt Regency-Orlando @ International Drive). After the COVID-19 shutdowns to the hotel industry, I ventured into outdoor fields of work which expanded my experience to demolitions, HVAC tech, construction & landscaping design operations. As of my most recent experience, I proudly serve in the scaffolding sector as an Assistant Manager of Ops. I am proud to consider myself a professional with a diverse skill set, up to any challenge that may present itself.
