I am a dedicated and collaborative professional with a strong track record in human resources, social security and global mobility. My career journey began with an apprenticeship as a social insurance specialist, followed by diverse roles within statutory health insurance companies. Building on this foundation, I pursued a degree in business administration at the Justus-Liebig-University in Gießen, which equipped me with a solid academic background. Over the course of more than 8 years, I have honed my expertise in advising internationally active companies on the intricacies of global mobility, particularly focusing on the nuances of design options and liability risks within this domain. My career progression has seen me transition from KPMG to PricewaterhouseCoopers, and ultimately as a Manager to Vialto Partners, the carve-out of the global mobility division from PricewaterhouseCoopers. In my current capacity as a Senior HR Manager at KfW, I hold a key responsibility for overseeing our globally deployed workforce, with a specific focus on managing workation initiatives and ensuring compliance with travel regulations. This role has allowed me to leverage my extensive experience and expertise to drive impactful strategies and solutions within the realm of international human resources and global mobility.
