Currently, I serve as Head of Revenue at Ipê Digital, the leading software provider for optical retailers in Brazil, supporting over clients nationwide. In this role, I lead the strategic management of Inside Sales, Partnerships & Channels, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Expansion, and Customer Experience, ensuring full alignment across customer acquisition, retention, and growth. My career also includes co-founding and leading startups in different industries, always focused on growth and go-to-market strategy: • Seggu (Insurtech) – Co-founder & COO, responsible for Revenue and GTM. • Rapidofix (Marketplace) – Partner & COO, leading Operations, Sales, and CX. • Intech Brasil (Biotech) – Co-founder & COO, with responsibility for Sales and Product.
