About Raphael Szmir

In 2014, at the age of 21, I decided to stop my studies and start working on my first social entrepreneurship initiative. Several years of starting and stopping entrepreneurial adventures, and a lot of learning on the journey have helped me clarify the causes that I deeply care for : sustainability social justice resilience and peace for future generations Today, I'm focused on 3 initiatives which all have in common a strong desire to support change makers grow- La raiponse : a nonprofit with a 15 people agency helping positive initiatives increase their visibility online. We help them appear on the 1st page of search engines like Google, Lilo, Ecosia, etc. As a result they can increase the awareness of their projects, find beneficiaries and volunteers, increase yearly donations or increase the sales of their products or services 🤓 - Le 47 : a self managed community space in Paris (Châtelet), where change makers can work, connect, learn, get inspired and receive help from a vibrant community of like minded people sharing their causes and values. We've received over of donations from 300+ beneficiaries in the last 2 years since we've opened. We love experimenting with new ways of organising and new ways of dealing with money - Finally, I organise and facilitate learning experiences for change makers, at the crossroad between inner change and systems change. My goal is to generate inner awareness resulting in behaviour changes at the organisational level 🧠 🤯 At the moment I’m experimenting with the theme of money My main values are authenticity, vulnerability, personal growth, loving kindness, mutual aid and connection.
