I am a multilingual educator, employment specialist, and migration expert with 15+ years of international experience spanning higher education, workforce integration, and intercultural communication. Throughout my career, I have designed and delivered programs that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and create pathways to academic and professional success. At my current position, I coordinate and facilitate as a migration expert between language schools and the Jobcenter, guiding diverse client groups through complex integration and employment processes. I deliver targeted presentations, helping clients build the skills and confidence needed to navigate the labor market. As an academic, I have taught English for Specific Purposes (ESP), technical and business English, and advanced communication skills at universities in Germany and Palestine. My work includes mentoring multilingual learners, designing learner-centered curricula, and contributing to international research projects on educational technology and gender empowerment.
