About Raphaela Souza

You know that person who blends creativity with strategy without losing their essence? Nice to meet you — I'm Raphaela. I'm a Public Relations professional by choice, a communicator by nature, and a strategist by passion. I've worked with major brands without ever losing the human touch — because to me, great communication is the kind that connects, moves, and transforms. My role is to turn briefs into action, ideas into results, and plans into brand presence. I've worked with TikTok, Ballantine’s, and Catho, and today I partner with brands like Pampers, Always, Oral-B, and Gillette — creating strategies, content, activations, and meaningful connections with the people who truly matter. I found my place at the intersection of branding, strategic communication, and press relations. And I continue to walk this path with sharp intuition, a well-organized mindset, and a drive to do things differently — and better. If it’s about communicating, let it be intentional. If it’s about planning, let it be purposeful. And if it’s about connecting, let it be real. Let’s talk?
