Expert in Prospecting and Support for Digital Careers | Talent Facilitator Driven by a strong ambition to connect future digital talent with companies eager to share their expertise, I specialize in building bridges between businesses and students in fields such as UX/UI design, graphic design, front-end development, community management, digital marketing, and network and helpdesk technologies. Prospecting and Collaborating with Companies Each year, I reach out to up to 300 companies, creating a dynamic and relevant database. My mission: to identify and engage companies committed to training the next generation of digital professionals. I provide information and guidance to ensure their approval as training partners and work to meet each company’s specific needs. Supporting Companies and Students In close collaboration with field coordinators, I guide companies from the initial publication of internship opportunities to the final candidate selection. At the same time, I offer students comprehensive support: preparation workshops (especially for creating their LinkedIn profiles), CV coaching, and regular follow-up throughout their training. My goal? To achieve an optimal internship placement rate and provide students with a solid career launchpad.
