About Raquel Belem

With over 16 years of corporate experience, I'm an Account and Business Relationship Manager, Journalist, and Communication and Marketing Specialist with an MBA in International Marketing Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Business. I focus on the B2B sales sector (Cloud Solutions) with the goal of generating new business, strategic partnerships, customer loyalty, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell. My main competencies include customer obsession, accountability, leadership, interpersonal relationships, respect and appreciation for diversity, continuous learning, teamwork, and a focus on surpassing collective and individual goals. Throughout my career, I have also led teams and projects in communication and marketing, CRM, e-commerce, digital and influencer marketing, press relations, and the production of national and international events. As a volunteer, I serve as an Advisory Board Member for the NGO WoMakersCode and mentor for the Career Accelerator program of the Racial Equality Committee of the Brazilian Women Group and the Joule Institute. I'm also a speaker and supporter of projects focused on education, racial equality, and women's leadership.
