I translate strategy into action by guiding teams across multiple departments, including human resources, marketing, employee services, and client services departments, while directing daily processes to optimize efficiency. By bringing together strategy and operations, I ensure that Pierce Group Benefits meets its objectives and continually enhances the PGB experience for our clients. With over 15 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, it’s my passion to provide an enhanced client experience that highlights solutions and long-term relationships. It has been my privilege to help drive Pierce Group Benefits to be one of the largest providers of employee benefits in the NC, SC, and VA public sectors.
