With over ten years of experience in various marketing, customer management and market research roles, I am a Customer Insights Manager at TGW Logistics Group, a leading global provider of automated intralogistics solutions. I am passionate about understanding customer needs, preferences, and behaviours, and translating them into actionable insights and strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. I have a cosmopolitan personality and a curious mind, as I have lived in six different countries and pursued two Master´s degrees in Global Sales and Marketing and International Business Management. I am fluent in English and Portuguese, have a good understanding of Spanish, and am rapidly progressing in German. I also hold certifications in project management (CAMP and Prince2) and digital marketing (Google and DMI). I enjoy photography, reading and learning new things, such as sushi making. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to develop my skills and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
