About Raquel Kellow

Highly educated and skilled individual who has dedicated my life to the world of sports, particularly in the area of sports recovery. As a former student-athlete, I understand the demands that sports can put on the human body, and I have committed to helping others recover from their injuries and get back to performing at their best. My bachelors degree in exercise science and my ongoing education in Kinesiology have equipped me with the knowledge and expertise needed to guide individuals through the recovery process. In addition to my work with sports recovery, I also have a passion for teaching and coaching. I use my experience and knowledge to educate others on topics such as sports medicine, and I serve as an Assistant Basketball Coach at Legacy the School of Sports Sciences. I also coach AAU basketball, helping young athletes develop their skills and reach their potential on the court. Overall, I am an accomplished individual who is making a significant impact in the world of sports through my work in sports recovery, teaching, and coaching. I have the hopes that my dedication and drive are an inspiration to those around me, and my expertise is highly valued by athletes and coaches alike.
