About Raquel Meza

I have a bachelor's degree in accounting, and I am a person who loves arts, languages, and history! During my career, I fell in love with data analysis, and I strive to use these techniques in my work. My strongest ability is to lead people to perform the necessary changes, and, at the same time, make plans something real. Also, I am hard-working, work passionately, and I am hands-on. I believe in collective intelligence and that results are achieved through people’s empowerment. I’ve been leading audits and risk assessments for the last 4 years, about 9 years of experience in financial/payments institutions. Finally, about my technical skills, I have a strong knowledge of risk management, I am able to perform highly complex data analyses, and implement cross-team projects, with strong experience in implementing new processes.
