I am a widely experienced and enthusiastic Client Relationship Professional that have recently embraced a new professional challenge as a Customer Experience Manager within the short-term rental property management industry. I possess a diverse set of skills and have gained a breadth of career experience that allows me to embrace different challenges in life. I have lived and worked in multiple locations and speak three different languages. This has allowed me to become highly adaptable, easily managing circumstances where I have to multi-task and developing my personality to be very flexible. I am an extremely creative and social individual that is motivated by a great corporate culture, an energetic work environment and inspirational leaders. Independent, resilient and results-driven, I work well under pressure and have demonstrated this in both multinational and local environments. In my previous roles I have demonstrated a client-centric attitude having built meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients and ultimately increased business volumes and revenues. I have streamlined workflow and account management processes that measurably improved efficiency and customer service. I am often seen by my clients as a partner and advisor on their day to day needs.
