I’m an entrepreneur and seasoned real estate professional with 20 years of combined real estate and corporate banking experience, and I’m the broker and owner of Featured Properties International, LLC, a full service, boutique real estate firm. I have extensive experience in the financial sector where I thrived in a fast-paced and demanding environment while successfully managing the disposition of commercial and residential bank-owned assets. I helped draft the policies and procedures utilized in local banks to underwrite real estate and short sale transactions during The Great Recession. I currently enjoy the art of consulting buyers and sellers, negotiating complicated real estate transactions, and handling every detail on behalf of my clients and customers. I also enjoy helping them navigate through the emotional process of buying and selling a home. Despite what trends are currently playing out in the marketplace, it’s important my customers know that I work to maintain a certain fashion: uncompromising quality, real service and integrity. Demonstrating high ethical standards within my industry and connecting with like-minded professionals who have a genuine desire and dedication to client satisfaction is the hallmark of my business dealings. I work very closely with all my clients, and I specialize in working with divorcing couples and anyone undergoing hardships - including those resulting in a short sale. NETWORKING OPPORTUNITY: I am the Director for the National Association of Divorce Professionals in Coral Gables. Since my business touches on the divorce process, it's important for me to connect with other professionals who serve clients through ALL stages of divorce.
