I am a passionate mental health professional dedicated to fostering healing, growth, and connection for individuals, couples, and communities. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Sadler-Bridges Wellness Group and Co-Founder of Loom, I work to provide accessible, innovative, and inclusive mental health services to clients while creating a supportive and growth-oriented environment for clinicians. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program and am proud to bring specialized training and certifications, including: Certified Sandtray Trainer Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist EMDR Trained Gottman Trained Throughout my career, I have prioritized equity, advocacy, and diversity. I have served as the President of the Texas Sandtray Association, where I fostered a welcoming space for therapists of all backgrounds. Currently, I am a member of the Washington Mental Health Counseling Association, actively contributing to the JEDI Committee and the Policy & Professional Advocacy Committee to champion justice and elevate the counseling profession. I am skilled in guiding individuals and couples through transformative journeys. My couples therapy intensives integrate CBT, EFT, Attachment Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy to address communication, conflict resolution, trust, and healing. As a Clinical Supervisor, I mentor future counselors across Washington and beyond, promoting clinical excellence and integrity.
