Performed data migration through ETL Tools between two ERPs together with client technical support and training on client site- Developed EFT code for different payment types: AP, AR, IAT with respect to client or bank specs file- Advanced development of scripted based client requests for financial reporting: SSRS and internal scripting tools- Provided back-end support on Voyager ERP system that supports financial data like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Investment funds for Commercials and Residentials- Working closely with Account Managers, Professional Services Group and Third Party Consultants for providing technical support to customers and bug fixes in a timely manner with minimum disruption to the business and development of stored procedures and functions, cursors, triggers, views, etc- Offered code review for data fixes or custom reports/projects developed by other team members together with guidance and indications for improving the script performance and effectiveness- Estimated and provided ETA for different projects - I prepared and delivered SQL and Internal Tools and Products training for new employees and mentoring process.
