As a key leader in the establishment of a COVID-19 response, and consequent business & corporate operations management of the COVID-19 pandemic, I hold an in-depth understanding of the Health & Human Services Department and have utilised this expertise to execute key business transformation projects that have supported the navigation of emergency management and pandemic support. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and a CPA qualification – which combined with my professional experience has ensured I developed astute judgement, influence, and diplomacy skills to leverage complex relationships and achieve program and project outcomes.
