Rasha Al Saeed joined Baker Botts in October 2006 and left them in 2012, where she joined Al Saeedi Advocates as a partner to develop the corporate department. In April 2013, she joined Hoffmann-La Roche as their general counsel and that to be responsible for the entire Middle East area in addition to the Levant area. during her time, she have been involved in numerous corporate and transactional representative matters. She assisted in the process of drafting the proposed new UAE Health Insurance Law, registered trade marks in the UAE, advised on DIFC matters, advised on arbitration rules in the UAE, advised on commercial agency law matters in the UAE, drafted various contracts and memos regarding commercial matters in accordance to the UAE laws and regulations, advised on all aspects of UAE labor law, including termination of employees, drafted Employee Handbooks and Employment contracts under UAE law, advised on real estate projects and leasing arrangements in the UAE, assisted in due diligences for companies in the oil and gas industry, the airline sector and real estate sector, registered several foreign entities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the UAE free zones, advised clients on rent issue in accordance with Dubai Rent Law, advised Awqaf & Minors Affairs Foundation with regards to drafting their standard form of Waqf agreements.
